Together with Vaughan Constructions, Tullamarine P&D delivered civil drainage, sewer, domestic water, fire service & rain water to a 25,000m2 warehouse space across multiple storage mediums including selective racking, bulk storage, hard stand and multiple loading docks.

The Epping site consists of two separate buildings that are connected by a breezeway.
